Coffee...and more coffee.

Working in a coffee shop is all it's cracked up to be. I can focus on my tasks at hand and not feel like I've got to clean the dishes in the sink every two minutes. And it provides a mental break to see others moving around, coming in and out of the shop. Coffee truly seems to be one of the hottest topics of our culture today. I haven't been around for but just over two decades so can't truly say whether it has always been the hot topic or not. However, I feel that we overall really do depend on the effects of coffee and all can somehow relate to needing a little extra caffeine or simply enjoy the warm fuzzy feeling it gives. Which offers us all a little taste of community. You see, community and connection is something everyone craves but not always considers important enough to seek out. We all desire to relate to someone else on some kind of level...it's a needed part of life. And if the only way we get a glimpse of it is to discuss a love of coffee, then let's welcome it.
