Words that Must be Said

Everything always had to be so serious. Every thought. Every word, so greatly weighed before uttering just a small breath.I know words are so incredibly important and they can make or break a moment - or a person's heart - but sometimes, the hesitation can be crippling. To be so serious all the time, and to consider every word before being spoken or written, can often times halt what should have been said straight from the heart. It may not be grammatically correct or even well formed; however, regardless of the technicalities, if it reaches someone's heart and mind, then it's worth being said.With that said, I want to just say thank you to all of my family - those people who have been in my life and call me a loved one, no matter how non-traditional or not perfect, those who are so full of love that surrounds me every day. Those are the ones who make up my family. Thank you for loving me and believing in me and building me up in the truth full of love and hope. Thank you. You have made the difference in my life that has made me who I am today, a growing and learning woman who needs every bit of that belief and encouragement. This note is for you.I love you so much.
